  1. I believe subdural hematomas are usually due to venous bleeding. It may be helpful to say its important to ask about proximal muscle weakness in possible temporal arteritis due to the association with PMR

  2. Subdural is typically associated with bridginve vein tear.

    Migraine headaches are not associated with vasospasm – the mechanism is more complex, but triptans actually do not exert their effect in this way according to current research.
